It was a
night of firsts for me. I cooked up some breakfast for dinner, Indian style. Aloo parathas with okra and onions that I pickled a few days ago. My oldest said it was her second favorite dish behind spaghetti, which says a lot coming from an Italian.

Took leftover Thai fried chicken and diced it up for chicken salad.

Some st eamer frozen thing with steak and veg ies. I added some Hawaiian BBQ sauce and hoisin. My ulcer is bugging me and I really didn't feel like cooking...

Threw a couple pounds of a cheap beef slab ($1.29/lb!) into the crock pot with a can of mushroom soup and a chopped onion a few days ago. Tonight I pan fried a couple hashbrown cakes from WM in sesame oil and spooned some of the beef onto them to heat. Turned out pretty good for a one bowl dinner.
Your s looks better with all the colors. Mine was just tan and kinda mushy...
